Hello everyone, this is the individual membership team.
Our goal: To ensure that members feel good about EMCC Belgium, that they get added value from it and that they can contribute to the development of the organisation. That we live and make live the specificities of EMCC, in quality and quantity: inclusion, collaboration, quality of being, ...
The team was created at the beginning of 2020 on the initiative of Luc Rossion, who was at the time a member of the Board and responsible for membership.
Sophie Feltrin has taken over today.
She is surrounded by 9 dynamic, motivated and very nice coaches (some of whom are also supervisors): Catherine Van Cauwelaert, Cheryl Cooper, Clarisse Martin Kerneis, Jean-Philippe Dor, Laurence Bellet Barlow, Patricia Mayérus, Roger Ortmans, Véronique Schermant, Wafa Ben Sedrine.
Sophie deals with subjects that straddle the professional and personal domains, with the motto: Innerly connected, outstanding performance
Catherine is specialised in burnout management and career questioning as well as in helping young people with their studies
Cheryl is a senior executive & leadership team coach and coach supervisor
Clarisse has various coaching facets to her bow (life coaching, team coaching, individual coaching) as well as helping young people in their studies
Jean-Philippe accompanies teams in change as well as managers who pilot change, all within the concept of collective intelligence
Laurence supports individuals and teams in developing their resilience
Patricia is a career and development senior coach
In his role of coach (since he also acts as a Supervisor), Roger supports his clients, among other things, in the prevention of burnout and, if necessary, to come out on top
Véronique is a pro in narrative coaching
Wafa is a life-coach and a Ludo play-coach
In short, a beautiful palette!
Last year the team set up a needs and satisfaction survey and all our members were contacted. We also developed a welcome procedure for new members.
This year we have the idea to organise intervision sessions. If the need is confirmed by our members, this will be our big project for 2022.
We could adopt the motto "fun and efficient", because that's how we work! Do not hesitate to join us, we will be delighted to welcome you.
