Theorie U verkent individuele en collectieve veranderingsprocessen op het vlak van leiderschap, innovatie en het oplossen van complexe problemen. De theorie illustreert hoe personen en groepen zich verbinden met hun emotionele intelligentie, creativiteit en diepe intuïtie om een hoger niveau van bewustzijn en effectieve handeling te bereiken.
